1. 常見電話用語(yǔ)

問候與自我介紹：

- "Is Daisy there?" "Daisy在嗎？"

- "Speaking. This is she. 我就是。"

- "This is he." "我就是。(注：男的用This is he.)"

- "You are speaking/talking to her." "你正在跟她說話。(注：男的用You are speaking/talking to him.)"

- "This is Daisy." "我就是Daisy。"

- "Thats me." "我就是。"

2. 接電話

禮貌接聽：

- "Hello. This is Dabai. 我是大白"

- "Hello. Dabai Speaking. 正在通話的是大白，你是哪位？"

詢問對(duì)方身份：

- "Who is that?" "哪位？"

- "May I ask who is calling?" "我能問一下您是誰嗎？"

3. 電話溝通困難

- "Sorry, I didn’t catch you." "對(duì)不起，我聽不懂你說的。"

- "I can’t hear you very well." "我聽不太清楚。"

- "Could you repeat that, please?" "能請(qǐng)你再說一遍嗎？"

4. 打電話注意事項(xiàng)

打電話人：

- 不能問："Who are you?" "你是誰？"

接電話人：

- "Hello! Good morning/afternoon/evening." "你好！早上好/下午好/晚上好。"

- 緊接著將自己的 *** 碼或姓名告訴對(duì)方。
